Additive Metal Manufacturing, Inc., (AMM), a local Canadian Company, launches its new business offering September 28th at the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show, Mississauga International Centre, Booth 1027.
Toronto, ON, September 15th, 2015 — (PR.com) — With the recent installation of New State-of-the-Art Additive Metal 3D Printing Equipment, AMM located at 407 and Dufferin, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, offers local capability to design, develop, rapid prototype and manufacture Additive Metal Manufacturing solutions.
Having experienced significant loss of its manufacturing sectors over the last three decades, Canada must embrace this “do differently” approach to be globally competitive. It is through this type of emerging additive metal technology that AMM is leading this shift with the introduction of the latest technologies like Additive Metal Manufacturing (also referred to as 3D metal printing). This technology may offer a significant competitive advantage, and it complements industry advanced manufacturing standards to support repatriation of manufacturing to Canada.
“We anticipate rapid growth of our independent no conflict service bureau that offers a low risk barrier to entry for industrial manufacturers who wish to avail themselves of this new emerging technology,” said Norman Holesh, CEO.
AMM was launched by Norman Holesh, David Slimowitz and Nigel Southway, three Canadian Industry leaders who have 100 plus years of combined operational experience in the global manufacturing sector and are developing world leading collaborative relationships with clients and local centres of excellence and learning to assist the Canadian manufacturing sectors competitive journey.
AMM is assembling a young and vibrant engineering team from Canadian colleges and universities to embrace these new technology challenges and develop a world beating capability to create an Additive Metal Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in southern Ontario, and later the rest of Canada.
AMM intends to be the most progressive, productive and respected leader providing integrated and advanced manufacturing technology solutions within the emerging market for Additive Manufacturing to ensure that our industries have the best opportunity to excel and Take Back Manufacturing for Canada.
AMM has an aggressive growth plan and will within three years expand its capability in the existing Toronto facility to provide 150,000 hours pa of additive metal processing capacity.
AMMs’ offering will challenge existing industry paradigms and increase awareness and generate innovative approaches for a more competitive journey for our industries.
